Background: I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, graduated from Crowley High School, then went to the Air Force Academy to play football and fly jets. After the first year, and a disappointing eye exam that ended my career as a fighter pilot, I decided to get my education at TCU and play football.
After graduating from the Neeley School of Business at TCU in 1996, I founded and operated a Texas Mortgage Bank with
over $500+ million in loans funded in origination. I've been a practicing
licensed Real Estate Agent and Member of the Board of Realtors since 1999. I've also
held insurance licenses during my career. In short, I have a unique
set of hands-on transnational real estate expertise and qualifications to offer
you that is rare among Realtors. Bottom
line is, I get deals done, win-win!

your home, which means reducing selling costs and getting the most money for
your home the market will pay. If you are buying a new home, I will successfully negotiate the right purchase scenario to meet your goals.

all aspects of each process including home valuation and market positioning
(CMA), home repairs, contract negotiation, legal documents, financing,
insurance, title commitments, closing, appraisal, survey, estimated cash at
closing, and protecting your interest.
