Quick background: In 1999 I founded and operated a Texas mortgage bank with over $500 billion in loans funded in origination.  I've been a practicing licensed real estate agent and member of the board since 1999.  I've also held insurance licenses during my career.  In short,  I have a unique set of real estate expertise and qualifications to offer you that is rare among Realtors.
